How fast can you start staffing for us?

For most production and logistics roles, you’ll see screened candidates within 3–5 working days. Bigger volumes or specialised profiles take a bit longer — we’ll tell you exactly how long in the first call, not after you’ve signed.

Yes — we’re an NBBU member and SNA-certified, which means our payroll and tax administration gets independently audited twice a year. The short version for you: if you hire a worker through GRIP, you’re covered against joint liability for unpaid wages or taxes. That’s the whole point of working with a certified agency in the Netherlands.

We employ the worker. That means the contract, the weekly salary, the tax, the sick-leave paperwork and the day-to-day coordination all sit with us. You direct the actual work on-site — what they do, when they do it. Clean split, no overlap.

One transparent hourly rate per role, agreed before anyone starts. That rate covers the worker’s salary (paid at the same level as your own staff, per Dutch equal-pay rules), all employer costs, our service fee and full admin. One invoice a week. No hidden lines, no surprise charges.

We replace fast. A no-show before noon usually means someone else on the floor the same or next morning. A bad fit? We swap them out after the first honest conversation. You don’t pay for a wrong match — that’s our problem to solve.

Yes — a big part of our team is from outside the Netherlands, mostly Ukrainian and Polish workers, alongside Dutch nationals. We handle their contracts, payroll, daily contact and on-the-job communication in their own language. Housing and transport aren’t ours to arrange, but we’ll walk a new worker through how it all works here so they don’t get lost.

Which documents do I need to get a job?

You need two documents ready before your first day:

  • BSN number
  • V-number

GRIP doesn’t arrange documents or housing — these must be in place before you start. We can explain how the process works if you’re unsure.

A BSN (burgerservicenummer) is your personal citizen service number in the Netherlands. You need it to:

  • open a bank account
  • arrange health insurance
  • receive your salary
  • use government services

No. Our team speaks Dutch, English and Ukrainian, so you can always reach someone in your own language. For most jobs, basic English is enough to follow instructions and safety rules on the floor.

Not always. Some jobs need specific skills, others include full training from day one. What matters most to us is motivation, reliability and willingness to work.

After you apply, you speak with a GRIP manager to go through the vacancy and conditions. Once the contract is signed and your documents are ready, you can usually start as soon as the role allows.

It depends on the role:

  • Part-time from 16 hours per week
  • Full-time from 30 to 45 hours per week

It depends on the role:

  • Part-time from 16 hours per week
  • Full-time from 30 to 45 hours per week

We’ll go over your exact schedule when we call.

Salary is paid every week by bank transfer. No cash, no end-of-month wait. Your first payment lands the week after you start working.

Yes. Part-time roles start at 16 hours per week. We’ll match your availability to a vacancy that fits when we talk.

For roles that require special workwear or safety gear (shoes, gloves, hi-vis), the company you work for provides what you need. We’ll let you know in advance if anything specific is required for your role.

Both. Some roles last a few weeks, others run for years. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll match you with something that fits.
