Why work with GRIP.

Accompaniment

From your first call to your first week on the job, we check in with you — making sure things are going well, helping out if anything isn’t clear.

Communication

We answer fast. Message us and you’ll hear back the same day in most cases — in your own language.

Trustworthy

NBBU member, SNA-certified, doing this since 2011. We do things by the book — your contract, your salary, your rights.

Multilingual.

We support you in every step

Working in a new country is hard enough without a language barrier. Our team speaks Dutch, English and Ukrainian — and we’ll always pair you with someone you can actually talk to.

The person you speak to on day one is usually the same person you call in month six. They know your name, they know your job, and they understand where you’re coming from. New to the Netherlands? We’ll also help you figure out how things work here — your payslip, your taxes, your rights as a worker. Just ask.

FAQ.

Questions before we start?

Do I need to know Dutch?

No, Dutch isn’t required. Our team speaks English, Polish and Ukrainian, and for most jobs basic English is enough to understand instructions and safety rules.

A BSN number and a V-number — both ready before you start. We don’t arrange documents or housing ourselves, but we can explain how the process works.

Not always. Some jobs need specific skills, others include full training from scratch. What matters most to us is motivation, reliability and willingness to work.

After your first call with a GRIP manager, we’ll go over the vacancy and conditions together. Once the contract is signed, you can usually start as soon as the role allows.

Salary is paid every week by bank transfer. No cash, no end-of-month wait.

Both. Some roles last a few weeks, others run for years. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll match you with something that fits.
