Staffing that works. People that stay.
GRIP is your recruitment partner in the Netherlands. We provide temporary and long-term staffing solutions across logistics, production, technical and operational roles — with full responsibility for recruitment, paperwork, payroll and daily coordination.
Why Grip.
Trusted by companies across the Netherlands
Certified & compliant
NBBU member and SNA-certified. Full compliance with Dutch labour, tax and social security regulations.
Active since 2011
14 years in NL staffing. 20+ partner companies. We know how the system works because we’ve worked through it.
End-to-end ownership
One partner for recruitment, contracts, weekly payroll, daily coordination and replacements.
The challenge.
Half don't show up Monday.
The other half quit by month two.
Finding people isn’t the hardest part — finding the right people is. People who fit the shift, show up on time, and stay through the contract.
And the work doesn’t stop there. Someone calls in sick, your line slows down. Someone quits without notice, your planning falls apart. Replacements, payslips, sick leave, paperwork — it all lands on the desk that’s supposed to run the business.
That’s where we come in.

Proven results for companies like yours

Dekker Zevenhuizen has been making custom kitchen and bathroom countertops since 1930. Today, more than one in three kitchens sold in the Netherlands ends up with a top from their plant in Zevenhuizen.
We started working together in 2023. Today 15 GRIP people are on site every week — some in the warehouse, moving finished tops between stations; others on the production line, fitting sinks, glueing edges, getting orders ready to ship. The team has grown steadily, and we're not slowing down.

Herman Jansen is the oldest active distillery in the Netherlands — founded in 1777 and still run by the same family, now in its seventh generation. Among other brands, they produce Fiorito Limoncello under contract.
Our cooperation began in 2022. We have 10 GRIP workers on the limoncello line — sorting lemons, peeling and cleaning the rind, preparing fruit for distillation. Hands-on, repetitive work where reliability matters more than experience. Four years and still going.
Questions before we start?
How fast can you start staffing for us?
For most production and logistics roles, you’ll see screened candidates within 3–5 working days. Bigger volumes or specialised profiles take a bit longer — we’ll tell you exactly how long in the first call, not after you’ve signed.
Are you certified, and what does that protect us from?
Yes — we’re an NBBU member and SNA-certified, which means our payroll and tax administration gets independently audited twice a year. The short version for you: if you hire a worker through GRIP, you’re covered against joint liability for unpaid wages or taxes. That’s the whole point of working with a certified agency in the Netherlands.
Who's responsible for what — you or us?
We employ the worker. That means the contract, the weekly salary, the tax, the sick-leave paperwork and the day-to-day coordination all sit with us. You direct the actual work on-site — what they do, when they do it. Clean split, no overlap.
How does pricing work?
One transparent hourly rate per role, agreed before anyone starts. That rate covers the worker’s salary (paid at the same level as your own staff, per Dutch equal-pay rules), all employer costs, our service fee and full admin. One invoice a week. No hidden lines, no surprise charges.
What happens if a worker doesn't show or doesn't fit?
We replace fast. A no-show before noon usually means someone else on the floor the same or next morning. A bad fit? We swap them out after the first honest conversation. You don’t pay for a wrong match — that’s our problem to solve.
Can you supply international workers, and what do you arrange for them?
Yes — a big part of our team is from outside the Netherlands, mostly Ukrainian and Polish workers, alongside Dutch nationals. We handle their contracts, payroll, daily contact and on-the-job communication in their own language. Housing and transport aren’t ours to arrange, but we’ll walk a new worker through how it all works here so they don’t get lost.
