Who we are.
More than recruitment
GRIP is a Dutch staffing company that takes care of the whole picture — finding the right people, drafting the paperwork, handling the payroll, and making sure everything stays in line with Dutch labour standards.
Most of our workers are international, placed across logistics, production and horticulture. We stay in daily contact with both sides — the client and the worker — to know every detail and solve every issue on time.
Our mission.
Built for both sides
Back in 2011, we saw the same gap from both sides — companies struggling to find good people fast, and good people struggling to find companies that would treat them properly.
So we built GRIP to actually do the work. The contracts, the weekly payroll, the paperwork, the daily check-ins — all of it, for every placed person. One invoice for the company. One person to call for the worker.
We were also one of the first companies in the Netherlands to support Ukrainians in 2023 — helping people coming to the country adapt, return to work and rebuild a stable routine.
